Nozzle flow rate test bench
The nozzle flow rate test benches are used for a precise measurement of the flow rate of hydraulic nozzles at a given pressure. A stationary as well as a mobile test bench are available.
Stationary nozzle test bench
- The measuring set-up and protocol fulfils the requirements set by ISO 5682-1 'Equipment for crop protection - Spraying equipment - Part 1: Test methods for sprayer nozzles‘
- Based on time measurement and weighing of sprayed water
- Anti-mist tubes to avoid losses
- Weighing accuracy ± 1 g on a minimum volume of 7000 g (= ± 0.015%)
- Pressure accuracy ± 0.01 bar
Mobile nozzle test bench
- Flow rate measurement by means of an inductive flow meter
- Flow meter calibrated with an accuracy of ± 0.15%
- Pressure accuracy 0.01 bar
